How do I order?
Have a look through our product list on the left, and decide which product(s) you wish to order. The prices for different quantities is also located under each product area.

Once you have decided what product(s) you require, please send us an email (sales@mint-print.com) listing each product printing requirement, the price for each product, any discount/offers you have been given, a total price, delivery address, a contact number and how you would like to make payment - payment can be made by direct bank transfer, cheque, or credit/debit card via PayPal (additional 3.5% fee applies). Please ensure that you also attach your artwork file (if generated) to the email, and it meets the relevant artwork guidelines in order to have it processed quickly.

We will respond to your email within 2hours (during business hours), with a confirmed quotation and payment instructions.

If you are happy with the quote, which will include the delivery charge and any special discounts eligible to your order, please arrange to make payment. Your order will be confirmed once payment has successfully been received, and an indicative delivery date will be issued.



VAT
VAT is included on all the prices stated throughout the website, so the price you see is the price you pay.



How much does it cost for delivery?
Mint Print now has courier contracts with ParcelForce, DHL, City Link and FedEx to allow delivery throughout the UK. The delivery charge depends on the size of your order, but the typical charge for majority of customer orders is £15. We have drivers who can deliver large orders which are cost-effective to deliver personally, as opposed to the courier companies.

An accurate delivery charge will be provided on your quotation. All orders dispatched are fully insured against loss & damage whilst in transit.



Can I change my delivery address later?
If your order has been printed, and sent onto our dispatch department, you will no longer be able to change the delivery address. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to have it changed, and we will try our best to make adjustments.



Why do your prices change frequently?
Prices change for a number of reasons. The main one being affected by paper merchants increasing their prices on a regular basis and secondly fluctuating demand for our printing services. We have periods where prices are slashed below the market price, whilst we carry out extensive marketing, but after a certain duration, the prices are reverted to their normal price.

Mint Print will NOT change the price quoted once we have received payment from the customer. We therefore recommend customers to submit their order and make payment whilst the special offers are running, in order to benefit from them.

All quotes provided via email are valid for 7days, after which customers will be required to request another quote.



How long will it take for me to receive my order?
This depends on a number of things, such as whether payment has cleared into our account, whether artwork has been approved, etc. We advise customers that it can take 7-10 working days to receive the completed order, although the majority of orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. We have a 24hour turnaround for regular customers (contract holders) such as bars/clubs, and offer discounted prices aswell.

Full Colour Leaflets/Menus have a turnaround of approximately 10-14 working days. You will be informed of an indicative delivery date once your order is confirmed.

If you require your order to be processed urgently, please contact Ash (Production Manager) directly on 077 455 366 87, who will try to print/dispatch your order within 24hours if possible.



What do I do if I have any complaint?
Mint Print tries its very best to ensure that things run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, but it is inevitable that things may go wrong. We strongly advise customers to contact us immediately with the nature of the complaint. We will review your request and do anything to meet your expectations.



Is it possible to have products printed that you do not offer?
Yes, we can print almost everything, in any quantity so please contact us with your requirements for a quotation.



Do you offer special pricing to resellers/agents, or if I want to order several products?
We can provide special prices to resellers/agents and those who require printing on a regular basis. We also carry out work for other printers, and can dispatch the goods directly to the customer without a trace of the printing done by Mint Print. Please contact us to discuss this in depth.
